If you are a bibliophile and genuinely interested in reading good books, then you must be aware of Amazon’s Kindle e-readers. Kindle e-readers are an amazing substitute for the actual books and are much better for some reasons. With the Kindle E-readers, you can store many books and carry them with you without any additional baggage. Another added advantage would be that you can never misplace any book as it will be stored in your memory if you have purchased the subscription and added a certain book to your library.
Also, with Kindle e-readers, you never have to purchase hard copies of books, and they can be easily downloaded and carried according to your convenience. Although there are several variants of Kindle e-readers, the prices mainly differ according to the screen size and other added features such as stylus pens, audible subscriptions, and so on.
So for somebody who loves reading books and wants to purchase a gadget that will be useful for storing several books, Amazon’s Kindle is a perfect choice.
Newly launched Kindle Paperwhite
If you were about to purchase Amazon’s Kindle tablet, you must be aware that the models have been upgraded from the basic entry-level to the premium level with some price changes. Although each variant would have significant price changes, there would be a device within every price range to be affordable to most buyers. There has been no noteworthy upgrade in the range of Kindle devices for almost ten years.
But currently, kindle will be subjected to massive upgrades with the holiday season ahead. Although there would not be any significant design changes that can surprise buyers greatly, there would be some design tweaks here and there. With the upgrade, the new model will now be using a 300 PPI screen, which was only offered previously for the most expensive Kindle Paperwhite devices.
With a sharper screen made available with the devices, readers can focus exclusively on the part of the text, which would make the entire reading experience much smoother. Also, some features related to adjustable font light will be added making the whole experience perfect for nighttime reading. There will also be some significant changes in the charging ports, where the devices will now be getting USB port C in place of micro USB ports.
Additionally, Amazon has upgraded its storage capacity from 8GB to 16GB. The battery backup has been extended as well, and currently, on a single charge, the device may last up to six weeks. So the newly launched Kindle Paperwhite series would have a larger 6.8-inch display, a longer battery life, and some of the best features that enhance the entire reading experience.
Amazon will now be launching Kindle Paperwhite devices at 99.99 dollars. Although there will be a $10 price hike as compared to the previous models, the increase in the price is justified as there will be several useful features that would enhance the reading experience. Also, there would be a kid-friendly version of Kindle Paperwhite which would include an added 12-month subscription to Amazon Kids+ and also an extended warranty of two years for just $120. The colors available for Kindle Paperwhite are black, Jade, and Raspberry.
