Recently I received a wireless charger from Chetech company for a hands-on review. Apart from its capability to charge Apple iPhones, it can also charge Samsung Galaxy Note 10/S10/S10Plus and all the smartphones that are Qi-enabled. In this post, I will be looking at the performance of the Choetech Wireless charger and conclude how it justifies its price tag and stands in the competition.

Choetech Design & Looks
The wireless charger is ergonomically designed since the phone resting plate of the charger is perfectly angled at 60 degrees for optimal viewing. The charger comes with a black plastic finish and the base where the Smartphone rests is made of silicon which has non-slip properties. On the bottom of the charger, there is a soft green light for charging status and it does not disturb during the night as well. The Choetech wireless charger is light in weight and you can carry it along with you without any extra efforts. Having said that, the Choetech charger is strong and does not look that it is going to break easily.
Performance
The Choetech Wireless charger T524S offers three charging modes. The first mode is the standard charging mode that offers 5W normal charging power. You can regular-charge the smartphone models like Huawei Mate 10, second-generation Nexus 7, 6, 5 and Nexus 4, HTC Models( 8X, Droid DNA and Rzound), Samsung ( EdgeS6, S6), Nokia (8, Lumia 950/920/928/1020).
The fast charge models that charge on 7.5 W includes Apple iPhone 8/8Plus and all the X series including XR model.
The Choetech charger also offers 10 W output for fast charging the models like Samsung Galaxy S6/S7/S8/S9 and Note 5 & 8 models.

Conclusion
This wireless charger comes with a soft green LED light that is sleep-friendly. We tested the Choetech Wireless charger on iPhone XR and Samsung S7 and found it one of the fastest charger among the competition. It charged a fully drained iPhone XR in 2.57 hours. The manufacturer suggests using it with Cover-on but it may not work with all the covers. It also depends on the material of the phone cover. Although it is reasonable priced, it must have an adaptor included in the box along with a micro USB cable. So our final verdict is that it is a must-have wireless charger at home and office considering its low price, high performance, and sleek design.
