To ensure you get the results you are looking for, you need to create effective messaging that encourages everyone who receives the text to take the desired actions. Craft Compelling Calls to Action

All your messages should contain a call to action so those who receive them know what you expect them to do. The best calls to action use active language, have a sense of regency, and appear prominently and clearly in your copy.

The text should also be clear enough so there is no confusion about what you want your users to do, whether that is opting into a campaign, redeeming an offer, or interacting with your business in other ways. 

Personalize Your Messages

Everyone wants to feel special, and this is why we respond positively when someone addresses us using our names. If you already have a list of phone numbers that are connected to a name, you should always use that name in the salutations of your messages. You will get better responses and results if people feel like you are addressing that text to them, even though you are probably sending the same message to numerous people.

Personalization works very well to convince people who might otherwise have reservations to take the actions you want them to.
